Reception warm and welcoming - free room upgrade. Beautiful room, lovely hotel right in the heart of Cape Town. This is a fabulous hotel - I have no complaints re the accommodation!

The food is what let them down! The breakfast wasn't up to standard. We also had lunch in Mint - too many waiting staff hanging around not being helpful, food ok - expected better, no ambience.
